For a long time, the show has left the deep-down natures and feelings of these characters mysterious. The revelations of their true selves feel very tense, surprising, and emotional.

I have a feeling this show will never fully answer many questions and will leave many loose ends not fully explained but will instead leave them open to multiple interpretations and conclusions.

The priest seemed like he might have some good in him at first. I thought this gradual transition of making his character unclear before revealing his true colors was well done.

Rachel is definitely being tested emotionally. She seems to be struggling to discover herself and understand her own desires, feelings, goals, reasons, and emotions. This journey is taking a toll on her.

The tests of Rachel’s character are very interesting and are further tearing down her innocent personality that was portrayed in the first several episodes. Still, we are seeing some flashes of righteousness still being portrayed in her personality.
